Resin top material offers the best chemical resistance available. Tops are molded from a modified epoxy resin especially compounded and cured to give optimum physical and chemical resistant properties. One inch thick tops are a uniform mixture throughout and are not dependant on a surface coating for chemical or stain resistance. Exposed edges and corners are radiused, and a drip groove is provided on the undersurface of exposed edges when required. Standard color is nonglaring black.

Phenolic

Phenolic tops are solid resin material composed by laminating high pressure thermoset plastic (multiple layers of selected papers impregnated with special phenolic resins) with excellent chemical, acid and scratch resistance. The finished top is 1" (25mm) thick and the curb is 4" (101mm) high. Standard color is black with a black core. Other colors are available.

The black epoxy powder coated steel table frame is of welded construction,

with integral welded 1/2” nuts at attachment points inside the legs. Units are shipped knocked down and easily assemble with use of a socket wrench and provided 1/2” bolts and lock washers.

Each leg is equipped with a heavy-duty, 1” adjustable height, threaded glide.

Front, back rails and stabilizing end panels are predrilled for easy attachment of specified work surface. Top, shipped separate, overlaps table frame by 1” on all sides. Top material is 1” thick, specify phenolic or resin.

Wood, Flammable Liquid Storage cabinet that is UL Labeled and meets OSHA & NFPA standards!

SafeOne™ flammable storage cabinets are designed to separate the chemicals and flammables stored inside from external heat sources.

SafeOne™ flammable storage cabinets are constructed of 1” thick exterior grade Oak plywood with joints that are mortised and tenoned and then fastened with screws. Underwriters Laboratories® {UL®} listed Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinet 1TA4. Construction meets all specification standards set by OSHA and NFPA – including the NFPA standard recommending these units be vented. Two vents in the cabinet back will accept 2” standard pipe threads, if cabinet is to be vented. If venting is not desired, solid steel vent plugs are included.

A 2” deep pan-style bottom retains any spilled liquid within the cabinet. SafeOne™ doors are inset with a 1” wide astragal that closes off the space between the doors. Doors are mounted on heavy duty, laboratory grade, stainless steel door hinges. The cabinet exterior, stained or left natural, is finished with two coats of acid cured conversion varnish. The cabinet interior is finished with three coats of the same acid cured conversion varnish.

The standard SafeOne™ unit is equipped with one adjustable shelf mounted on stainless steel shelf standards set into the end panels; two, three point locking handles; and, large “Flammable - Keep Fire Away” labels on the front of both doors. Self-closing doors are available as an option, but must be specified.
